Managing the Symptoms of Aging

I hate to be the bearer of bad news folks but...

if you are reading this, you are getting older.  Everybody is.  Age is one of life’s unfortunate constants and with it comes new lines, wrinkles, aches, pains, arthritis, bone loss, tumor growth, types of diabetes and other ailments.  The good news is that there are ways to grow old gracefully and naturally.

In an effort to slow Father Time down, people change their diets, increase exercise routines and look to skincare regimens to improve their physical and mental well-being.  Exercise, along with a nutrition-rich diet, will help maintain one’s strength and health but as we age, our body cells lack anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties.  Muscles are more easily irritated by overuse due to prolonged workouts.  By introducing cannabinoids into your diet, you can safely improve your body’s neuroprotective and immune systems, and alleviate painful flares of inflammation.

Something as small as a few drops of these oils pack some serious punch in the world of bioscience.  Studies suggest that CBD delivers a compound that aids in healing bone fractures by regulating bone mass and even increasing bone volume. CBD’s anti-inflammatory properties also ease muscle pains and further studies are seeing it even prevent tumor growth in various parts of the body.  Finally, cannabidiol works with the body’s endocannabinoid system, and it induces the body cells to react to insulin, regulates insulin production, and helps prevent type 2 diabetes.

Hemp oils and CBD also moisturize your skin to fight wrinkles, leaving its users with a more youthful appearance without the use of harsh chemicals.  Utilizing its anti-inflammatory properties CBD topical products help reduce puffiness.  Want more?  These products offer a calming effect for both your body and brain, improving the duration and quality of sleep so you wake feeling refreshed, not groggy.  If aches and pains often keep you awake, CBD tinctures and capsules are a safe way to seek slumber.

So to recap... using cannabinoids can lead to stronger bones, less muscle pains, better sleep and improved mobility while possibly fighting tumor growth and forms of diabetes. So why wouldn’t you include something so simple into your diet?
